Tom brings over 15 years of entrepreneurial experience, having co-founded two agencies that worked with global brands like Audi, Coca-Cola, Heineken, and Red Bull, as well as innovative startups including Fram’d, Orbzii, and Wagestream.

As a seasoned leader in the agency and startup worlds. He's a generalist with core interests centred around marketing and technology. 

He advises startups, including Workflow and The Transformation Tour, helping them scale and succeed in competitive markets. He is passionate about mentoring the next generation of founders and actively supports cohorts at Zinc VC and individual mentees through Jumpstart.
