His expertise lies in research and applying behavioural psychology to the development of digital services that enable individuals to reach positive outcomes. His clients have included Google, HCA Healthcare UK, SSE, PHE, Scottish Environmental Protection Agency, and Digital Regulations Coordination Forum.
